• Scam Awareness & Verification: Users and businesses are strongly encouraged to exercise caution. PLEASE be aware of scammers. Users are solely responsible for verifying any and all information found on social media posts, instant messages, third-party applications, or linked websites before exchanging funds or personal information.

All Food Vendors, Farm Stands, and "microbakeries" listed or promoted on MyHernando.com must meet or exceed all applicable local, State (including Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services / FDACS), and Federal guidelines for Cottage Food Operations. This includes, but is not limited to, the details and requirements found HERE.

All Food Trucks and mobile vendors must meet or exceed all applicable local, State, and Federal guidelines for Mobile Food Establishments. This includes, but is not limited to, details found HERE and regulatory guidance provided by FDACS (such as FDACS Form 14033).

MyHernando.com reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse service, remove listings, or ban any individuals, food vendors, or businesses from the platform at any time, with or without cause or prior notice.

All content created by MyHernando.com—including text, graphics, logos, branding, layout, code, and site design—is the property of MyHernando.com and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

By submitting logos, photos, business descriptions, or promotional materials ("User Content") to MyHernando.com, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for promoting your business and operating the Website. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to provide such content.
